If you're on a budget or your home is well-maintained, a General Deep Cleaning may do the trick. We will be focusing on deep cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms only and on the rest of the house we will be following our recurring cleaning checklist.
The General Deep Clean is a hybrid between the Top to Bottom Deluxe Cleaning and the Recurring Cleaning. We will be doing a Top to Bottom Deluxe Cleaning on your kitchen and bathrooms only and then on the rest of the house we will be doing a recurring cleaning. So instead of wet wiping your baseboards, doors/frames, window sills and frames and the sides of all of your furniture we will only have time to dust them. We will not be removing any cobwebs or cleaning any ceiling fans

The Double Down Refresh Clean is for our current clients only. Many of our recurring clients feel the need to have a Top-to-Bottom Deluxe Cleaning every year, but that can be pricey! Since we have been maintaining these areas for months and years they just don’t need the full-fledged scrubbing that is typically needed in homes that haven’t been maintained. What they do need is just a quick wipe and maybe a little catch-up scrubbing.

Switching Cleaning Companies?
If you are changing cleaning companies, we do not require a top-to-bottom deluxe cleaning or a general deep cleaning. Rather, we offer you the opportunity to jump right into our recurring maid services with the caveat that if the cleaning takes more time, you approve any extra time spent getting the home to maintenance level. This generally means giving us the okay to add 1-2 hours to the cleaning depending on the size of the home. And, if we don't need that time, you won't be charged for it.
This is a great way to switch companies without the added expense of a deep cleaning.
