House Cleaning Technician Position
The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail and a passion for creating clean, organized living spaces. As a Fabulously Clean House Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining high cleanliness standards in residential properties, ensuring client satisfaction, and upholding our company's reputation for excellence in service.

Client Relations Coordinator
- Monday-Thursday 9-6 Friday 8-5
- Be the first point of contact for all future clients. So you must be good on the phone.
- Monitor emails and call lead within 3 hours of being received
- Promoting of services such as Double Down Refresh Clean, ala cart items and Memberships
- Ability to prioritize Sales Scheduling & Input
- Client data into all software systems that we use (secondary)
- Make recommendations to management regarding trends and changes needed
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years – Current Customer Service / Sales Experience
- Ability to learn new software with little oversight
- Ability to pivot at a moment’s notice
- Problem solving on a dime with confidence
- Can-do Go-Getter attitude
- Upbeat and helpful phone voice
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Technologically savvy: including gmail, Google produces, and how to navigate the computer / phone

Job Qualifications:
- Proven Administrative Assistant experience - must be recent and have a minimum of 2 years.
- Manage all avenues of communication - including multiple emails, text messages, and phones.
- Understanding of platforms such as Click Up, JotForms, Google Suite, Canva, Scribe/Loom, Trello, and ChatGPT.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to meet and exceed all KPIs as well as KPI tracking forms
● Thrive in a deadline-driven environment. - Pass a background check and drug test.
- Helpful but not necessary: Experience with MaidCentral and Keap (CRMs).
